Van den Nagel Modulaire Bouw delivered a high-quality modular office building for Transdev, fully compliant with the Dutch Building Decree for new construction. By applying modular building, the majority of the building was prefabricated in a controlled factory environment, ensuring consistent quality and efficient installation on site.
The result is a modern and functional office building that is ready for immediate use and meets today’s standards in terms of comfort, sustainability and energy performance.
The building is equipped with advanced technical systems that contribute to a comfortable and healthy indoor climate. The climate system consists of a heat pump combined with a heat recovery ventilation system (HRV), allowing individual temperature control per room.
Solar panels have been installed on the roof, enabling the building to meet the BENG (Nearly Energy Neutral Building) requirements. In addition, the windows are fitted with solar-controlled sunshades to reduce solar heat gain and maintain a stable indoor climate.
The sanitary areas are finished to a high standard and equipped with water-saving taps and toilets. To ensure legionella prevention, all water outlets are fitted with an automatic flushing system that periodically cleans the pipes.
This approach results in a safe, durable and future-proof office building where technology, comfort and efficiency come together.
With this project, Van den Nagel Modulaire Bouw demonstrates how modular building contributes to high-quality office environments. By combining speed of construction with advanced installations and a well-thought-out design, a future-ready building has been realized.
