Modular offices and canteens in Vlissingen
Commissioned by Smulders Projects, Van den Nagel Modular Construction realized a large-scale modular project in Vlissingen in the first quarter of 2025. The project consists of three office buildings and two canteens, designed for intensive daily use within an industrial environment.
By choosing modular construction, an optimal combination of speed, quality and flexibility was achieved. The buildings are constructed using a robust steel structure combined with concrete floors, resulting in a solid and modern appearance.
Modern and flexible workspaces
The office buildings are spread across three floors and equipped with advanced technical installations to ensure a comfortable and healthy working environment. The layout offers ample space for office functions, meetings and collaboration. The canteens are designed as multifunctional areas where employees can relax and connect.
All units are fully demountable, allowing the buildings to be easily relocated or adapted for new locations or functions in the future. This makes the project both future-proof and economically attractive.
Sustainable outcome
Thanks to close cooperation with Smulders Projects, a sustainable, functional and representative complex was delivered and taken into immediate use. This project demonstrates how modular building contributes to efficient operations and sustainable accommodation.
