Modular school Ter Apel

On behalf of the Municipality of Westerwolde, Van den Nagel Modular Building has delivered a temporary primary school for approximately 100 students. Following the development of the permit design, the temporary primary school was completed and handed over within 6 weeks. Together with the Municipality of Westerwolde, we are committed to a sustainable future. The renovated school building complies with all legal requirements, exudes a warm inviting atmosphere, and is energy-neutral thanks to features such as a heat pump.

In addition to constructing the school, we worked with various stakeholders to ensure the necessary utility services were in place before delivery. Furthermore, we also completed the entire outdoor area (including parking lots, bike racks, and playgrounds) during the construction of the school building.
